Vegan Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients
- 120g vegan mayonnaise
- 30ml ketchup
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp paprika
- 5ml distilled white vinegar
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into a bowl or measuring jug.
- Whisk until thoroughly combined.
- Serve or refrigerate.
Tips & Notes
- Literally 6 ingredients, 2 steps. Done in under 2 minutes.
- Makes ~150ml — enough for a few salads or as a dip.
- Keeps 5-7 days fridge.
- Vegan mayonnaise — any store-bought works. Or make your own.
- Distilled white vinegar is crucial — other vinegars don’t compare for that classic thousand island tang.
