Vegan Thousand Island Dressing

Ingredients

  • 120g vegan mayonnaise
  • 30ml ketchup
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp paprika
  • 5ml distilled white vinegar

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl or measuring jug.
  2. Whisk until thoroughly combined.
  3. Serve or refrigerate.

Tips & Notes

  • Literally 6 ingredients, 2 steps. Done in under 2 minutes.
  • Makes ~150ml — enough for a few salads or as a dip.
  • Keeps 5-7 days fridge.
  • Vegan mayonnaise — any store-bought works. Or make your own.
  • Distilled white vinegar is crucial — other vinegars don’t compare for that classic thousand island tang.
  • Uses: salad dressing, baked potato topping, dip, burger sauce.
